Lute FP This band is awesome. From Crete, their music is reminiscent of some of the best progressive black and death metal bands out there, while the clean but powerful vocals lend a distinct ethnic Greek vibe. I’m reminded of Melechesh and Midvil from Turkey in the song structures, and of course the mighty Tool in the hypnotic bass-heavy rhythms. This is unique, powerful, and brilliant music.

TheEliteExtremophile This band's blend of Greek folk melodies, progressive songwriting, and sunbaked fuzz truly refreshing. In lieu of guitar, the lead instrument in this band is a modified electric lute, which imbues the songs with a unique timbral quality.
